INFIGO IS at FSec 2016 in Varaždin

FSec is the biggest, vendor neutral technical information security symposium in Croatia. It takes place in Croatian National Theatre Varaždin, Croatia, 14th—15th September 2016. It is the conference where professionals meet on neutral ground and exchange ideas and knowledge, and discuss current topics, trends and problems in the broad topic of information security.

INFIGO IS, as one of the sponsors, will present trends, knowledge and experience based on numerous penetration tests conducted for various organizations.

On behalf of INFIGO IS, on the first day of FSec, our Bojan Ždrnja, Senior Information Security Consultant and CTO will deliver the presentation titled Mobile application security in Croatia and in the region. He will talk about mobile application vulnerabilities which are typical for mobile banking applications. An overall picture of the security of mobile applications will be given with demonstration of the most common vulnerabilities.

On the second day, our Sina Yazdanmehr, Information Security Consultant who has won the first place in Nullcon international computer security contest 2014, will talk to the participants about Analyzing obfuscated JavaScript codes. He will focus on obfuscation and deobfuscation methods in JavaScript, and illustrates why it is important. Additionally, it introduces JavaScript debuggers and their functionalities which are useful for analyzing.
